The LATE RAPPER Michael George's "Meyend Trixx" Album release is on LIVE now online!!! Pls log in!! It is called 4 Ever. He was the winner of the BEST RAP artist 2007 Toronto Independent Music Awards. He never made it to collect it. He was GUNNED DOWN in front of his girlfriend's house. CASE STUDY: SUNSHINE PROPANE DISASTER

Sunrise Propane in Toronto, Canada and it's employees take great pride in being able to deliver very competitively priced propane and industrial gases with exceptional service to all customers. Satisfied customers are the foundation upon which Sunrise Propane was built! But when it came to the explosions of "810" as they call it, August 10th 2008 was a disaster where many lost their homes and property.

There was no PR crisis plan in place. No employee in top management spoke to the press but worst of all they refused to do the clean up which left the City of Toronto to clean up with tax payer money. Three people died including an employee, senior firefighter and Fire Chief and a resident whose deaths were related to the stress and hardship this fire caused.

The Sunshine Propane tragedy (CP24)

Had Sunshine Propane hired Keminications, There would have been a level of media training and ability to use a spokesperson if internal corporate staff wanted to issue a statement. Nobody prepares for crisis! Keminications is there to service that need for your company if it arises. The whole situation went out of control and even had a lawmaker for the area telling a resident to "shut up!" See video below...

CASE STUDY: MAPLE LEAF FOOD CONTAMINATION

In a case like this, Maple Leaf's CEO Michael McCain took full responsibility for this crisis. Crisis Management is a core aspect of Public Relations and Kemi is an expert in this. Maple leaf took ads and TV spots out handling this crisis in which about 12 people died. The sanitation problem was fixed and the case was settled for $27 million.
